As wedding photographers, one of our primary goals is to capture the emotion of your special day. From the joy and excitement of getting ready in the morning to the tears and laughter during the ceremony and reception, we strive to document all of the authentic moments that make your wedding unique and meaningful.

There are a few key ways that we go about capturing the emotion of your wedding day:

  1. We get to know you and your partner One of the most important things we do as wedding photographers is get to know you and your partner. We want to understand your love story, your personalities, and your vision for your wedding day. By getting to know you on a personal level, we are better equipped to capture the emotion of your day in a way that feels authentic and genuine.

  2. We pay attention to the details In addition to the big, sweeping moments of the day, we also pay close attention to the little details that add depth and emotion to your wedding. This might include the look on your partner’s face as you walk down the aisle, the tears in your eyes as you exchange vows, or the smile on your grandfather’s face as he watches you dance. These small moments are what make your wedding unique and special, and we strive to capture them in all of their emotional depth.

  3. We use a combination of posed and candid shots While we do take some posed shots to ensure that we capture all of the key moments of the day, we also focus on capturing candid, spontaneous moments as well. These are the shots that really capture the emotion of the day, as they show you and your partner interacting and reacting in a natural and genuine way.

  4. We encourage you to be present One of the best things you can do to help us capture the emotion of your wedding day is to be present and in the moment. This means letting go of any stress or anxiety and focusing on the love and joy of the day. We find that the more present and relaxed our couples are, the more emotional and authentic their photos tend to be.

  5. We use our technical skills to enhance the emotion Finally, we use our technical skills and artistic eye to enhance the emotion in the photos we take. This might include using a particular lens or lighting setup to create a certain mood or atmosphere, or selecting certain angles or compositions that emphasize the emotion of the moment.

Whether it’s the joy and excitement of getting ready in the morning, the tears and laughter during the ceremony and reception, or the small, spontaneous moments in between, we strive to document all of the authentic and meaningful moments of your special day.
