These things might not seem important but they are and we’re going to tell you the what and the why! What is a posing table? A Posing table is a term that newborn photographers use to refer to a table that we pose your sweet baby on! We will pose them In a variety of poses whether they are bare skinned, slightly covered with a wrap, or have nothing but a sweet bonnet or bow on. This is a great way to capture all of that sweet button nose, lovable chunky rolls, and gorgeous details of their fresh skin, hair, and eyelashes. Each pose done on the posing table offers a different view of your gorgeous new baby. One pose on the posing table could offer many different perspectives. We always recommend choosing colors for the posing table (or any set up for that matter) that fits beautifully with the color scheme of your home. We know you are so proud of the life you have created, and what better way to show them off by walking by a beautiful, timeless print in your home everyday. You might as well let it match the decor of your home. If you're not sure what color to go with, or you change your decor often, try going with a neutral color. If you're brave and know exactly what you want, choose a bold color to represent you, your baby, and the life you want for you and your new family!
What is a set up? This is where we get to get really creative! A set up could consist of flowers, baskets, wraps, different textures, blankets, patterns, colors, backdrops, you name it! It can definitely be overwhelming to choose exactly what you want when It comes to a set up. You are welcome to leave this styling and designing to us (Trust me, we love It!) and you won’t have to lift a finger! BUT, you are also welcome to dive in on the designing process with us! We would love to know what type of style or vibe you are going for and we can totally tell you what looks great together. We can provide some of our studio closet options for you to choose from, too! If you do not see anything you like, LET US KNOW. We are always in the market to grow our studio closet. What is awesome about our newborn sessions is that no matter the collection you choose, you will receive your images with your collection.
PACKAGE INFO
Collection A Is the full package. If you want a little bit of everything, this is the package for YOU. This will include time for the posing table and one to two set ups as well as photos with mom, dad, and siblings, if desired. Collection B could offer a variety of things. Collection B can come with the posing table with multiple poses or one set up + photos with mom, dad, siblings or two set ups or posing table with one pose + photos with mom and dad. Collection C is our lifestyle newborn session and does not come with props. Whether this is done in your home, in your baby's nursery, or in a beautiful field, you will no doubt get some beautiful photos! If we will be photographing you and your family in your home, please make sure your home is tidy so we don't have any unwanted distractions in the photos. Every session is baby led. It may look a little different for every family.
Our main priority is to make sure that your baby is safe and happy. We will always be on baby's time. If your little guy/girl is hungry, we will absolutely give you a moment to feed him/her. If he/she needs a moment with mom, no worries! We understand. No Matter what package you choose, we thrive on creating lifelong memories for you to look back on for years to come!
